I have found my Telehealth sessions for Physical Therapy to be surprisingly effective and convenient. I notice that I get the guidance, understanding and motivation to continue making necessary progress in doing my PT exercises on track via the videoconferencing platform. Week by week I can see my physical improvements moving forward from the convenience of my own home. I recommend giving online sessions a chance to show how helpful they can be!
